Constructed on 28-acres of land, the Susie Clemens House is the third building of the Derstine Run residential community in Hatfield and was developed by Advanced Living Communities. The Susie Clemens House offers 60 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, with three available floor plans and 62 parking spaces.
To let seniors age with grace and dignity there are many health features in the community, including a Wellness Center with a registered nurse, annual medical assessments, outpatient care, home care agency staff on-site, and more.
For activities and entertainment, Advanced Living Communities provides bus transportation to shopping, special events, and local physicians.
